IT Support Specialist - This is a critical role on an internal team that provides high level customer service technical support in person and by phone to a highly successful, Providence area company.  We are seeking individuals with 2 to 3 years of hands-on help desk experience, involving direct interactions with the technology users.  The position supports an array of products including desktop computers, telephone, video conferencing and PDAs.  At least five years of relevant work experience is required and an undergraduate degree in computer science would be desired.  Love of staying on the cutting edge of technology is key, along with the ability to adapt to multiple and changing technology devices and software.  Proactive mindset and strong communication skills are important.  Various shift opportunities available.  Competitive compensation and top-of-the line benefits.
